Here’s a few pics of the printing process behind my Yorkshire Three Peaks poster.
A new 4 colour screen print celebrating Yorkshire’s much loved highest peaks: Pen Y Ghent, Whernside, & Ingleborough.
It’s a huge achievement to run or hike the 26 mile loop that takes in all three but for some folks the goal is to compete in the Three Peaks Race, which takes place each year. This year was the 70th running of the event and the organisers asked if I’d be interested in having a stall to show and sell my landscape prints.
I was really happy to be involved and decided to create a special limited version of my new print, with slightly different text commemorating the day of the race.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from selling prints on the say, as people are there to prepare for a tough race, not to buy art. It was a very positive event, I had some lovely chats with fellow runners, and happy to say I sold out of both versions of the print.
I’m currently printing a few more for those that missed out, and the ‘standard’ edition should be back in my online shops soon.
